  1. Fortune cookies are made to order based on the customer's specific request (including text and packaging), and are therefore considered a personalised item.<\/li>
  2. Pursuant to the applicable legal acts, personalised goods non-refundable.<\/span><\/li>
  3. The booking can be cancelled no later than 7 days before the specified holiday or event date. After this period has passed, the booking cannot be cancelled and no refund will be issued.<\/li>
  4. If the cookies were damaged (broken) during delivery, please contact us, and we will replace them with new ones or refund you for the broken fortune cookies.<\/li>
