Storage conditions

Shelf life – up to 4 months.
Store in a dry room at a temperature of 18–25 °C.

Refund

1. Fortune cookies are made to order based on the customer's specific request (including text and packaging), and are therefore considered a personalised item.
2. Pursuant to the applicable legal acts, personalised goods non-refundable.
3. The booking can be cancelled no later than 7 days before the specified holiday or event date. After this period has passed, the booking cannot be cancelled and no refund will be issued.
4. If the cookies were damaged (broken) during delivery, please contact us, and we will replace them with new ones or refund you for the broken fortune cookies.

Quality assurance

1. cookiesoffortune.com guarantees the quality of the fortune cookies and packaging produced.
2. For orders where the customer organises the transport themselves, we do not accept responsibility for any damage incurred during transit.
3. To ensure product quality, fortune cookies must be stored in a dry room at a temperature of 18–25 °C. We are not responsible for any potential changes in quality if these conditions are not met.
