Shelf life – up to 4 months.
Store in a dry room at a temperature of 18–25 °C.
Refund
- Fortune cookies are made to order based on the customer's specific request (including text and packaging), and are therefore considered a personalised item.
- Pursuant to the applicable legal acts, personalised goods non-refundable.
- The booking can be cancelled no later than 7 days before the specified holiday or event date. After this period has passed, the booking cannot be cancelled and no refund will be issued.
- If the cookies were damaged (broken) during delivery, please contact us, and we will replace them with new ones or refund you for the broken fortune cookies.

Quality assurance
- cookiesoffortune.com guarantees the quality of the fortune cookies and packaging produced.
- For orders where the customer organises the transport themselves, we do not accept responsibility for any damage incurred during transit.
- To ensure product quality, fortune cookies must be stored in a dry room at a temperature of 18–25 °C. We are not responsible for any potential changes in quality if these conditions are not met.
